All of your company's knowledge. A single brain.
Stop searching. Start asking. CORTEX turns your documents, processes and expertise into instant, source-cited answers for customers, employees and systems — on any channel. Your team gets hours back every week, from day one.
Guided rollout led by our onboarding team. No lock-in.
Ready for the market's leading intelligence engines
No mockups. No smoke. The real panel.
This is exactly what your team will use every day. Every screen you see here is a real product screenshot.
All your documentation, ready to answer in seconds.
Upload manuals, policies, pricing and procedures — or connect them from wherever they already live. CORTEX indexes them, versions them and turns them into answers that cite the exact document they come from.
- Automatic indexing: drop in a PDF and it's answering within minutes.
- Fine-grained control per document: importance, copyright, country restrictions and who uploaded it.
- One single source of truth: no more three versions of the same manual.
Every answer, measured. Every euro, justified.
How many questions CORTEX resolves, what each one costs and how many hours it gives back to your team. ROI stops being a promise and becomes a dashboard you can show the board.
- Live conversations and costs: by agent, channel and department.
- ROI calculated, not estimated: real hours recovered and monthly savings.
- Knowledge gaps: see what people ask that isn't documented yet.
The control your board is going to demand.
Policies, risks, training and a full audit trail of AI activity, in a panel built for compliance. When someone asks "do we have this under control?", the answer is showing this screen.
- End-to-end traceability: from every answer back to its source document.
- Policies applied, not filed away: active, auditable usage rules.
- Ready for the AI Act: inventory, risks and activity logging.
Every brain, tailored to you. No developer needed.
Personality, knowledge, tools, memory and security are independent modules: turn on only the ones you need and tune each one without touching code. It's the same thing you just tried in the interactive demo above — but with your own documents.
- Independent modules: personality, model, knowledge, tools, memory and security, each in its own tab.
- Live preview: try every change before publishing it, without spending quota.
- Versioning: every change is saved; roll back to any previous version in one click.
The brain that doesn't just answer. It acts.
Connect CRM, calendars, stores and databases so an agent isn't limited to replying: it can book an appointment, check stock or open a ticket. From "ask me" to "do it for me".
- Ready-made connectors: generic HTTP, webhooks, Google Calendar, Stripe, Shopify, Slack and more.
- Per-tool permissions: read, write or execute — decided by you.
- Test before publishing: invoke each tool and check the result without risking production.
Your brand, not ours.
Identity, colors, typography, messages and chat behavior on your site — without a developer needed to change a single pixel. The same panel we redesigned to feel like Enterprise software, ready for your brand.
- Full customization: avatar as an image, GIF or video, colors, typography, radii and shadows.
- Real multi-language: configurable language switcher, with your own text per language.
- One-line install: paste a script and the widget goes live on your site instantly.
Whatever integration or need your business has, our team will build it.
Don't see the connector, channel or feature you need? That's not a product limit — it's a conversation. CRM, ERP, billing, logistics, a very specific internal workflow: if your business needs it, we'll build it with you.
Before CORTEX vs. After CORTEX
The same seven problems as always. Solved, or not.
Information lives in folders, emails and people's heads.
What it takes to find an answer.
Everyone answers according to their own version.
Knowledge leaves the company when someone leaves.
And internal teams interrupted all day long.
Which documentation is outdated right now.
What it takes to train a new hire.
All knowledge lives in a single governed brain.
Any answer, with the source cited.
The whole organization always answers the same.
The company learns once and never loses it again.
Instantly, 24/7, on every channel.
Versioning, audit and continuous diagnostics.
Everything is one question away.
Your company's knowledge exists. But today it isn't working.
It's spread across folders, emails, tools and — above all — inside the heads of a few people. Every day you lose time, consistency and money because you can't put it to use.
The answers exist, but no one knows which document, version or folder they're in.
When the employee who "knows everything" is out — or leaves — the company stops knowing.
Every internal question interrupts someone. Every interruption stalls two jobs at once.
Questions that could be resolved in seconds sit for hours in an inbox.
Three versions of the same manual coexist and no one knows which one is current.
Teams spend a meaningful share of their day just tracking down information.
The same answer gets written hundreds of times, differently each time, by different people.
Every department answers its own way. Customers see a different company on every channel.
Infrastructure. Not one more tool.
CORTEX is the layer where your company's knowledge lives. Everything goes in once. After that, any team, process or channel can put it to use.
The whole company
The company learns once. Everyone answers the same. Always up to date. Always available.
Everything CORTEX can do for your business, product or service.
This isn't another chatbot with fixed rules. Most "AI assistants" don't cite where an answer came from, nobody audits what they say, and every channel ends up with its own disconnected bot. CORTEX answers with a source, a version and full traceability — the same brain across every channel. Pick a use case and see for yourself.
Answer customers
Resolves common questions instantly, with the current policy and the same standard across every channel.
This is how you configure a brain. No code required.
Explore the tabs: this is exactly what your team sees when tuning a brain — identity, personality, AI model, knowledge, retrieval, channels and security. And on the right, the agent's live status: the same view your team uses every day.
How formal or informal the assistant's language is.
How much it validates and acknowledges the user's emotions before answering.
How often it uses jokes or lighthearted remarks.
How much it strays from literal, repetitive answers.
Rigor with data and detail versus conversational flow.
How much jargon and technical language it uses.
How long its answers are by default.
How much it steers the conversation toward a sale.
How much it tries to convince versus simply inform.
Whether it avoids giving opinions on sensitive topics.
Interpersonal warmth in how it treats the user.
Whether it gets straight to the point or explains step by step.
Illustrative view of the real CORTEX panel, with sample data.
Not one brain. Many. Each an expert in its field.
Every area has its own brain, with its own knowledge, tone and permissions. And they share what they should share — nothing more.
Pricing, terms, talk tracks and comparisons always up to date.
Policies, internal guidelines, benefits and people procedures.
Contracts, regulation and compliance, interpreted from the official text.
Brand, approved messaging, catalogs and campaign material.
Spending policies, billing, payment terms and financial processes.
Strategic procedures, reports and restricted knowledge, with strict permissions.
All the brains live in the same infrastructure: a single place to feed, version, audit and govern the knowledge of the entire organization.
Knowledge, available wherever it's needed.
A single brain can answer at all of these touchpoints, today:
↑ The same brain, the same answer, on every one of these channels:
- Web portalan assistant on your site, public or private.
- Widgetsembeddable in any website with one line of code.
- APIany system can ask and receive answers.
- Internal appsyour tools, connected to the central brain.
- Intranetthe go-to place for your employees.
- Enterprise platformsintegration with your current ecosystem.
The engine is a choice. The knowledge stays.
CORTEX runs on the market's leading engines and picks the right one for each need. Your company isn't married to any of them: if the model changes, your knowledge doesn't move.
Each query uses the most efficient engine for its complexity. You pay only what's fair.
Critical queries use the most capable engines on the market.
Real-time answers, even at peak hours.
If a provider goes down, another takes over automatically. Your service doesn't stop.
Total control. Everything centralized.
Enterprise infrastructure is governed, not improvised. CORTEX gives you full visibility and control over what the company knows, who has access and how it answers.
Every brain and every document has a history: what changed, when and who changed it.
Roll back to any previous version in one click. Nothing is ever lost.
Each person and each channel sees exactly what they should. Nothing more.
A full record of access, changes and answers. End-to-end traceability.
Encrypted data, per-company isolation and access control at every layer.
What gets asked, what gets answered, what's still undocumented: decisions backed by data.
Knowledge health in real time: coverage, quality, freshness and risks.
Test each brain with real questions before publishing it. No surprises in production.
A single source of truth, versioned and audited, instead of endless folders.
The governance of your AI, from a single dashboard.
As artificial intelligence enters more processes, the question stops being "which model do I use?" and becomes "am I in control of what it does?". CORTEX centralizes that control.
Which brains, sources, channels and models are active in the organization, on a single map.
Internal usage rules, documented and applied consistently.
From the answer to the source document: every statement has its source.
Who can view, edit and publish each part of the knowledge.
All the governance of your knowledge and your AI, in one place.

The concept
What exactly is CORTEX?
It's the infrastructure where all of your company's knowledge lives: documentation, processes, policies and expertise. Once centralized, that knowledge can be used from assistants, automations, your website, your intranet or any connected system. Artificial intelligence is the engine that makes it possible, not the product.
How is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot is an interface. CORTEX is the knowledge layer underneath it: governed, versioned, audited and available to many channels at once. Conversational assistants are just one of the ways to put it to use.
What does "Operating System for Knowledge" mean?
That it's the base layer everything else runs on. Just as an operating system manages a computer's resources, CORTEX manages your company's most valuable resource — its knowledge — and makes it available to every process, team and channel.
Is this one more tool my team will have to learn?
No. Your teams keep working where they already work; CORTEX integrates at those touchpoints (web, intranet, apps, API). Knowledge management is concentrated in a single dashboard run by one or two people — with our support.
Does this replace my document manager or wiki?
It doesn't replace them: it builds on them. CORTEX feeds on what you already have and turns it into useful answers. Over time, many companies find it becomes their primary source of truth, but the transition is gradual and you decide the pace.
What size of company does it make sense for?
From SMBs with an overloaded support team to large organizations with knowledge scattered across dozens of systems. The usual entry point is a specific area (customer support, HR), and it expands from there.
What do I get in the first month?
The first thing you'll notice: repetitive queries stop draining your team, and customer answers go out instantly and with the same standard. The first brain can be answering within days thanks to our onboarding.
Do you sell AI?
Not exactly. We sell an infrastructure that puts your company's knowledge to work. AI is the engine we use, but the product is your knowledge — organized, governed and available.
The knowledge
What types of content can CORTEX learn?
Virtually any: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Markdown, CSV, JSON, HTML, XML, TXT, emails, databases, entire websites, sitemaps, help centers, manuals, regulations, procedures, video and audio transcripts, FAQs, catalogs and sales or internal documentation.
How much content can I load?
There's no practical limit by design: the infrastructure scales with your knowledge. Plans are sized to volume and usage, and our team helps you prioritize what to load first to see value as soon as possible.
What if my documentation is messy or outdated?
That's the most common case, and it's exactly why our onboarding team exists: they structure, clean, remove duplicates and classify the content with you before it's fed in. You don't need to get your house in order before starting; we start by ordering it together.
How is the knowledge kept up to date?
Three ways: connected sources that sync on their own, manual updates when a document changes, and periodic reviews with our team. On top of that, internal diagnostics flag old content or content with low answer quality.
Does CORTEX make up answers when it doesn't know something?
It's designed to answer only from your knowledge and to cite the source. When there isn't enough basis, it says so and — if you configure it that way — hands off to a person. That's valuable data too: every unanswered question tells you what's still undocumented.
Can I review and correct what it answers?
Yes. You can test each brain before publishing it, review real conversations, flag answers that could be better and fix the source knowledge. Every change is versioned and audited.
Does it always cite the source of its answers?
Yes, that's the default behavior: every answer links to the document and version it came from. Traceability runs from the user's question to the original text.
Does it work with knowledge in multiple languages?
Yes. It can understand questions and answer in the languages of your customers and teams, while keeping the knowledge centralized in a single place.
Security and data ownership
Where is my data and who owns it?
Your data is yours, always. It lives encrypted on enterprise-grade distributed cloud infrastructure, completely isolated from any other company's, and you can export or delete it whenever you want.
Is my knowledge used to train third-party models?
No. Your knowledge is used exclusively to answer your users. The intelligence engines run under enterprise usage agreements that exclude training on your data.
How do permissions work?
In layers: each brain has its own knowledge, each channel exposes only the brain it should, and each dashboard user has a role with specific permissions. Restricted knowledge (leadership, legal) stays out of reach of anyone who shouldn't see it.
What gets logged?
Everything that matters: who changed what knowledge and when, what was asked, what was answered and with which sources. Traceability is complete, from the user's question to the source document.
How is data encrypted?
In transit and at rest, with per-organization isolation. Access is controlled at every layer: source, brain, channel and user.
What if I want to leave?
You take everything: your documentation, your content and your history, exported in standard formats. No lock-in and no data held hostage. What keeps you is the product, not the contract.
Do you keep backups?
Yes. Knowledge is replicated and versioned, with full history. You can roll back to any previous state and nothing is lost irreversibly.
Compliance and governance
Is it GDPR compliant?
CORTEX processes data within the European data-protection framework, with encryption, access control, activity logging and the ability to export and delete, and it gives you the documentation you need for your records of processing. Even so, GDPR compliance in your organization depends on how you use the tool: ultimate responsibility always lies with the customer and this content does not constitute legal advice.
What about the AI Act?
CORTEX offers inventory, control, documentation, audit and traceability tools that make governing internal AI use easier. We don't certify compliance with the AI Act or any other regulation: responsibility for compliance lies with each organization, and we recommend relying on specialized legal advice.
Does CORTEX guarantee my regulatory compliance?
No. No tool can guarantee it for you. What CORTEX provides are the means — governance, documentation, traceability, permissions, audit — for your organization to manage that compliance with order and evidence. The decision and the responsibility are always yours.
What is the AI Governance module?
A dashboard where you see and govern, in one place, the inventory of brains, sources, models and channels; internal usage policies; the audit; and the traceability of every answer back to its source. It's designed to bring order and visibility, not to replace your organization's judgment.
Can I document who accesses what?
Yes. Role-based permissions and activity logging let you document access, changes and answers end to end.
Do you keep a change history?
Yes. Every brain and every document has full versioning: what changed, when and who. You can revert to any previous version.
Models and integrations
Which AI engines does it use?
The market's leaders: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare Workers AI, Mistral, DeepSeek and OpenRouter. CORTEX selects the right one for each case based on cost, quality and speed, and the architecture is ready to add new engines as they appear.
What if an AI provider fails or raises prices?
Nothing serious: that's the advantage of being infrastructure rather than depending on a single engine. If a provider goes down, another takes over automatically; if its price or quality changes, it gets swapped out. Your knowledge stays untouched.
Do I get locked into a specific model?
No. The engine is chosen and changed; the knowledge stays. When a better model appears, it's connected without migrations and without rebuilding your base.
Does it integrate with my current systems?
Yes, two ways: knowledge sources (your document repositories feed CORTEX) and output channels (your website, intranet or apps query CORTEX via widget or API). Integrations keep expanding.
Do you have an API?
Yes. Any system can query CORTEX and receive answers with their sources via API, which lets you embed knowledge into internal apps, workflows and automations.
What infrastructure does it run on?
A globally distributed cloud network, with data encrypted and replicated, millisecond response times in any region and enterprise-grade availability. No servers for you to maintain.
What's the service availability?
It's designed to run 24/7 on distributed, redundant infrastructure, with automatic continuity across engines. Service-level agreements are defined in the Enterprise plans.
Rollout and onboarding
How long does it take to go live?
The first brain is usually answering in days, not months. Full rollout depends on the volume of knowledge and the integrations, but the approach is always the same: visible value in the first week.
What does onboarding include?
A specialized team that audits, structures, organizes, classifies and feeds your knowledge; configures the brains and channels; tests with real questions; and trains your team. You don't buy empty software: you buy a working system.
Do I need an internal technical team?
No. The dashboard is designed for business users, and our team covers the technical side of integrations and setup. If you have a technical team, they'll love the API; if you don't, you won't miss it.
Can you migrate my current help center or wiki?
Yes. We migrate knowledge from help centers, wikis, document managers, shared folders and custom systems. The migration includes cleanup and reorganization: it's the chance to leave years of documentation debt behind.
What support is there after go-live?
Ongoing partnership: periodic quality and coverage reviews, knowledge optimization, functional support for your team and consulting for the next phases (new brains, channels, automations).
How is project success measured?
With data from the system itself: queries resolved autonomously, average response time, knowledge coverage, user satisfaction and hours recovered. We review it with you periodically against the agreed goals.
What do you need from me to get started?
A 30-minute conversation to understand your case, access to a sample of your documentation and one internal point of contact. Our onboarding team handles the rest.
Pricing and terms
How much does it cost?
It depends on the volume of knowledge, the channels and the level of service. We work with subscription plans sized to each company. In the demo we give you a concrete proposal — and the calculator on this page gives you a sense of the order of magnitude of the return.
Is there a lock-in?
No. The subscription is flexible and your data is exportable at any time. We'd rather keep you through results.
Can I start small?
Yes, and we recommend it: one area, one brain, one channel. Measurable results in weeks and, from there, expansion to the rest of the organization with the knowledge already governed.
Does onboarding cost extra?
The rollout service is sized to the scope of the project and detailed in the proposal. No surprises: you'll know what it includes before you start.
Do you run demos with our own content?
Yes. The best way to evaluate CORTEX is to see it answer real questions about your real documentation. Request the demo and we'll prepare a test with a sample of your knowledge.
What sets the Enterprise plan apart?
Volume, custom integrations, service-level agreements, advanced governance and dedicated support. We define it around your organization's needs.
